Suraromas Soap Club Membership Agreement

1. Membership Enrollment

By enrolling in the Suraromas Soap Club, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Membership Agreement. These terms govern your participation in the monthly subscription program offered by Suraromas.

2. Automatic Renewal & Recurring Billing

Your membership operates on a recurring monthly subscription basis.

By subscribing, you authorize Suraromas to automatically charge your selected payment method in the amount of $25 per month, plus applicable taxes and shipping (if applicable), on the same calendar date each month as your original enrollment date.

Your membership will continue to renew automatically unless canceled prior to your next billing date.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time prior to your next billing date to avoid future charges.

Cancellations must be completed through your account portal or by contacting Suraromas customer support before the next billing cycle.

If cancellation occurs after a billing charge has been processed, the cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle. Charges already processed are final and non-refundable.

4. No Refunds & No Returns (Hygiene Policy)

Due to the personal care and hygienic nature of handmade soap products, all sales are final.

For health and safety reasons, Suraromas does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

As soap is considered a personal-use hygiene product, returned merchandise cannot be restocked or resold.

Exceptions may be made solely at Suraromas’ discretion in cases of damaged or defective products reported within 5 business days of delivery.

5. Product Variations & Handmade Nature

All soaps included in the Suraromas Soap Club are handcrafted in small batches. Due to the artisanal and handmade nature of our products, each soap is a unique and individual piece.

Variations in color, shape, texture, design details, and overall appearance may occur from batch to batch. These natural variations are inherent to handcrafted products and do not constitute defects.

While Suraromas makes reasonable efforts to maintain consistency with the general structure, aesthetic, and overall style displayed in product photographs or promotional materials, exact replication of any specific design is not guaranteed.

In addition, the use of natural ingredients, botanical infusions, essential oils, clays, and plant-based colorants may result in slight variations in scent, shade, or appearance over time. Such changes are normal characteristics of natural products and do not affect product quality or performance.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact soaps included in a particular monthly shipment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days following successful billing.

Suraromas is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Suraromas is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

7. Payment Authorization

By enrolling in the Suraromas Soap Club, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

If a payment fails or is declined, Suraromas reserves the right to retry the transaction or suspend the membership until payment is successfully processed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suraromas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the membership program or use of the products provided.
