All Sales Final
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

- Change of mind
- Skin sensitivities or allergic reactions
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Packages marked as delivered by carrier

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Processing Refunds
